Shipping Information
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States! Since we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, here is what you can expect:
Fulfillment: Each item is printed/made specifically for you once you place your order. This typically takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery: Once fulfilled, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days to arrive at your door.
Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Note: If you are ordering multiple different items (e.g., a hat and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages to ensure they reach you as fast as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every product in our shop is custom-printed just for you, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of heart/buyer's remorse.
Ordering the incorrect size (please check our size charts on each product page carefully!).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
To report an issue:
Email us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery.
Include your Order Number.
Attach a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once we verify the issue, we will send out a replacement immediately!
Lost Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Please wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan items early).
Check with neighbors or your building manager.
If it still hasn't appeared, contact the carrier directly.
If the package is officially lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and assist with a replacement.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because our fulfillment process is automated with our printing partner, we usually cannot change an address once the order has been sent to production.
